This is truly fantastic. What a wonderous tool! Ned, was great to see you, even briefly, while you were down. Thanks for stopping through. I have to admit that I am intrigued by your line of questions while at the Stieben’s and feel as though we did not get to finish the conversation. If you have additional questions, please let me know and I will get you any additional information/resources you need.

Tober- You da man! excellent work, my friend. Thanks for going the extra mile. As Shotts might say, you are the best of us.

Shotts- schedule is the following- Monday through friday (varies slightly) up at 6:30 or so, walk the dog, get ready for work and depart at 7:30. Arrive and begin work at 8. See 4-8 clients per day, have lunch with Amanda at noon and commute home at 5:30. Work in garden, read, ride my bike or make dinner from 6-9. Walk the puppy again. Watch “good eats” at 10 and asleep at 10:30. Weekends have been very different and there has been no steady routine. will let you know more when we get things settled. If you want more information, let me know.

Jeeves- I hope we get to see you over the holidays, and that all continues to be as well as possible with your family and Lizzo’s.

Cheers, Mates.

    Peters–

Firstly, thanks for the outline of your schedule. Very interesting. I will add this to the others, and see if I can post something here on the HM site in the next week or so. Seems like a great schedule you have–especially having lunch with Amanda. It’s always such a huge thing, somehow, to see your partner during the work day–or it is for us, though we can do so rarely.

Secondly, Toby IS the best of us…

Thirdly, I’m glad to know you and Ned were able to get together at the Stiebens’ in some way. Sounds like it was an interesting, if fragmented, conversation.

Lastly, Peters brings up the issue of the upcoming holidays. I’m curious what everyone’s plans will be, and if we’ll at all be in the same place at the same time. As for me, it’s looking for now like we’ll be in Minnesota for Thanksgiving and will be with my family for Christmas. But whether that means we’re with my family in McPherson or if we’re on Puget Sound, I don’t know yet–but hope we’ll get that figured out by the end of our Labor Day weekend. I will certainly let you all know such plans…

Liz and I will be in McP for Christmas. Probably not for long as Liz will have just dug herself out of vaycay debt.

We will not be in McP for Thanksgiving.
