   When asked by a news anchor what she did at 4 am at mass, Mother Theresa said, “I listen to God.” When the news anchor smiled and said, “And what does he say?” She replied, “Nothing. He’s listening too.”

   There is also a famous anecdote (who knows if it is true) about Edward Hopper. He asked to come into a family’s house as they were moving out to paint a scene of the empty house. He sat in a room for some time without painting a thing on his canvas when the woman of the house came in and asked, “What are you doing.” To which he replied, “Watching light on a wall.”
